It's the dream of every couple to start building their own family by having a healthy baby. It seems a natural expectation of any pregnancy health couple but in a world where life is always on the go, and planning necessary to make sure that everything is OK.

Several months before the pregnancy, both men and women should make sure that they exercise a healthy lifestyle to maintain the body in good condition. This can help to reduce the risk factors that could harm the child or parents in the future.
