 Fiber is the part of queasy from plant foods. Usually the walls of plant cells and the skins and seeds. Because many foods fiber refining lost in our diets cause digestive problems and ill health in General.


How fiber helps your digestive system? It absorbs water when it moves through the digestive system and intestinal bulk forms. This will alleviate the stool and helps food move faster through the digestive system.
